3. Our Process is as Follows: • 1. INITIAL ASSESSMENT • Making sure we develop a safe & effective mold remediation plan around your schedule. • 2. CONTAINMENT • Building the necessary barriers which eliminate the risk of cross contamination. • 3. COVER & PROTECT • Making sure the work area is properly prepped and all moveable contents are removed. • 4. AIR CONTROL • Setting up Negative Air Machines and Air Scrubbers to remove contaminants and clean the air even outside of the work zone. • 5. HEPA VACUUM • Removing all loose contaminate prior to any spray application or demo.

CLEANING PROCESS • Throughly scrubbing and abrasively removing all molds and residual staining from the affected surfaces & cavities • 8. HEPA VACUUMING • Once again, vacuuming the area to insure all spores are fully removed. • 9. 5. Mold Basics • Molds are part of the natural environment. Molds are fungi that can be found anywhere – inside or outside – throughout the year. About 1,000 species of mold can be found in the United States, with more than 100,000 known species worldwide. Outdoors, molds play an important role in nature by breaking down organic matter such as toppled trees, fallen leaves, and dead animals.
