Basic Troubleshooting First, check if the lens cover is open. If not, remove it and then play the video to check if the problem has been resolved. If no picture appears, press the A/V Mute button on the remote control to check if the picture is temporarily turned off. Next, verify that the cables are securely connected to your Epson projector. Check the cable connection on your computer. Ensure that your PC is not in hibernate/sleep mode. Adjust the brightness setting and set the Power Consumption setting to Normal. Check the Display setting and ensure that the Messages option is set to On.
