Sildenafil is a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction. In combination with sexual stimulation, sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and keep an erection. At least two-thirds of men have improved erections after taking it. Erectile dysfunction is a condition where the penis does not harden and expand when a man is sexually excited, or when he cannot keep an erection. When a man is sexually stimulated, his body's normal response is to increase blood flow to his penis to produce an erection. By controlling the enzyme, sildenafil helps to maintain an erection after the penis is stroked. Possibly prodromal symptoms such as nausea, dizziness/lightheadedness, and diaphoresis were reported more frequently among patients treated with Dapoxetine, a constituent of Alphagra Superb compared to placebo. An orthostatic test must be carried out before starting therapy. In case of a history of documented or suspected orthostatic reaction, treatment with Alphagra Superb should be avoided. Men with underlying signs and symptoms of depression should be evaluated prior to treatment with Alphagra Superb to rule out undiagnosed depressive disorders.
