  2. Step 1:Check to see if the install was successful but script timed out before verification After installing the kaspersky antivirus check there is a script which is timed out before verification.

  3. Step 2: Remove any previously installed AntiVirus products The new version of Kaspersky AntiVirus now has an uninstall option. Install> Install> Advanced Options –“Uninstall prior A/V”

  4. Step 3: Run agent updater then attempt new Kaspersky AntiVirus install If you want to install the kaspersky AntiVirus. Go to Agent> Upgrade Version> Update Agent then check the box “Force update even if agent is at version 8.0.0.0 – 6.5.0.0” and run it.

  5. Step 4: Check to see if there are any stuck scripts If there is any script which is preventing the Kaspersky AntiVirus. Follow this step to prevent from stuck scripts. Agent Procedure> Manage Procedures> Agent Procedure Status or KLC> Agent Data> Pending Procedures

  6. Step 5: Is Kaspersky AntiVirus asking for a reboot? If Kaspersky AntiVirus asking for a reboot . Go to AntiVirus> Show> Machine at top Column Sets> Reboot

  7. Step 6: Are your credentials set? Check the credentials (if added) on the Agent> Configure Agents> Set Credentials page

  8. Step 7: Install Manually You can install Kaspersky Antivirus Manually: C:\kworking\KAV\kes10win_x64.msi or _x86 if 32-bit If you can't install kaspersky antivirus manually then you can do it by "Windows Installer service could not be accessed” function.
