  1. AboutUs We at Thinker’s Hat understand the value of proper manufacturing resource allocation. We’ve seen the pain caused to businesses due to sub-optimal utilization of these resources despite using high-end ERP systems. This inspired us to find ways to simplify how the manufacturing industry tackles production planning &scheduling. We found gaps in existing systems and developed extremely easy ways to save time, money and energy in material and production planning, i.e., through MS Excel based software. With our products and services, it’s easy for the production team to understand and track production processes and inventory much more effectively; coupled with vital additional features which help in forecasting andplanning.
