You’ll need to schedule an appointment after you join Thorn Broadband. ADSL2+ Co will then send an ADSL2+ technician to undertake the work. It may take at least a few weeks to get your service activated due to factors such as the demand for ADSL2+ work in your area and ADSL2+ Co workforce availability.
