Methodology • Right mix of theory and hands-on (40:60); • Break out sessions for teams to implement concepts • Scenario based simulation for experiential learning by doing • Problem solving solving tools and techniques for startups • Design for experiment
Duration & Timing • 2 days session • 9 am to 6:00 pm session incl. ~ 60 min of breaks (lunch & tea) • ~40 % time on theory/ discussions and 60% time for simulation / group activities
