Barytes Ball Clay Barytes 20 Microns produces Barytes using the brand name “Micron Barytes” by using an Ultimate Blend from its Domestic and Import Resources and offering products of the Highest Purity with various different particle sizes and also customized as per the customer's requirements. Ball clays are very plastic and much finer-grained than kaolins. Ball clay is a binding agent and helps to enhance the plasticity, workability, and strength of a pre-fired ceramic body. 

5. Bentonite Bleaching Earth The bleaching earth is used in the refining of vegetable oils and animal fats for human consumption. The absorbent capacity of the bleaching earth removes the impurities and unwanted matter, such as coloring substances, soaps, proteins, and others, found in oils and fats. Bentonite, the two varieties exhibiting different properties and thus, uses. There are three main characteristics of Bentonite that make it commercially useful. They include Thixotropy, Swelling, and Adsorption.

7. Diatomaceous Earth Dolomite 20 Microns produces various grades of crystalline structure Dolomite Powders under “Micron Carb-DL” Series of different brightness and particle sizes. It is widely used as an cost effective filler in various end formulation. Diatomaceous earth or diatomite is a naturally occurring, soft, lightweight, and high porosity siliceous sedimentary rock that can be crumbled into a fine white to an off-white powder containing a high amount of amorphous silica

Barytes Activators - Magnesium Oxide Activators - Zinc Oxide Our Zinkomer series of activators are uniquely developed products , thereby exhibiting better process ability , lowering down mixing time , improving dispersion , maintaining excellent rheology properties , heat ageing properties and mechanical properties. Supermag series high active magnesium oxide grades provide better processability, reduced mixing time, a higher shelf life, and finally works on lower dosages 3 to 4 phr. We have both surface-treated and untreated grades of Supermag 150 for the convenience of the customers. 

10. Barytes Desiccants Flame Retardants & Smoke Suppressant 20 Microns offers Halogen Free Flame Retardants & Smoke Suppressants under brands “AL-FR”and“Mag-FR”. ATH must be added at high loads which can affect the mechanical and electrical properties of the polymer. 20 Microns manufactures Calcium Oxide Desiccant under its brand “Vaporoxol” which is the Most Economical and Old Line Desiccant; its essential component is Calcium Oxide, which absorbs moisture by chemical reaction.

Barytes Fumed Silica Mullite Offering a range of refractory minerals that is the most suitable for foundry and refractory industries, Mullite is one of them artificially produced for industry by melting or firing various alumino-silicates. Fumed silica is manufactured via a dry process of combustion hydrolysis in the gas state. The primary particles consist of nano-size flakes. Fumed silica, structurally, has no gap among particles and is weakly agglomerated together with minimal internal surface area.

Barytes Organo Clays - Rheological Additive Performance Mineral Additive Our range of performance-based minerals basked are solutions based on the processing and refining of our mineral resources, synthetic minerals, and formulations. We process these metals into solutions that are tailored to their end-use and that exactly meet the requirements of our customers. Organoclay can be used to remove oil from water, as a component in paint formulations or as a viscosifier for oil-based drilling fluids. It can be used in polymer chemistry as a nucleating agent.
