THEENTREPRENEURPATHWAY- Toqualifyforthisprogramtheapplicantshouldintendto- i.PurchasearunningbusinessinManitobaeitherwhollyorpartly ii.Investinarunningbusinessthere iii.StartanewbusinessinManitoba. Inanyofthebusinessestheapplicantispart,theapplicantshouldownatleast 33.33% ofthebusinessshare.Theyshouldalsohavethedecisionmakingrights inthebusinessandparticipateintheeverydayrunningofthebusiness. Theaspirantapplicantshouldhavebusinessexperienceorshouldhaveworked asaseniormanagerorshouldhavebeenpartoftheseniormanagementgroup ofasuccessfulbusiness.

TheaspirantapplicantshouldclearoneofthelanguageteststoprovetheirTheaspirantapplicantshouldclearoneofthelanguageteststoprovetheir languageability.TheyshouldhaveearnedaminimumofCLB5ineachofthe languageband. Theapplicantshouldhaveatleastearnedaminimumeducationcertification equivalenttoCanadianhighschool.ThisissimilartothatoftheSkilled Immigrationprogram. Theapplicantshouldbebetweentheageof25and49years. InManitobacapitalregion,theapplicantshouldbepreparedtoinvesta minimumofCAD $250,000andiftheinvestorintendstoinvestinnon-capital regionofManitoba,thentheinvestorshouldbepreparedtoinvestaminimum ofCAD $150,000.Theinvestmentshouldbemadeinaproperpre-authorized businessinCanada.Theapplicantneedstodoalotofresearchbeforedeciding toinvestinaparticularprojectorbusiness.

ItisadvisabletoapproachaninvestmentimmigrationexperttogetexpertItisadvisabletoapproachaninvestmentimmigrationexperttogetexpert adviceinthematter.Theinvestoralsoshouldensurethatthebusinesswill generateatleast1jobopportunityforthelocalsinCanada- eitheracitizenor permanentresidentinManitoba. Theapplicantshouldsubmitafarmbusinessplantotheimmigrations.The applicantshouldexpresstheirintentiontoparticipateinthedaytodayrunningof thefarm.Theapplicantshouldprovetheirpersonalnet-worthofCAD $500,000.
