TheentrepreneurshouldliveinNewBrunswickandparticipateintherunningof thebusiness.OncetheentrepreneurisabletoconvincetheNewBrunswick authoritieswithhelpfromtheBusinessplan,theycanthenenterintoBusiness PerformanceAgreementwiththeauthorities.Followedbythis,theGovernment willreleaseacertificateofqualificationfortheentrepreneurunderthestream.
