  1. Create And Update X-Cart Products With Speed! If you’ve ever struggled with spreadsheets in order to create and update products for your X-Cart store this post is for you. If you read through to the end and give us a try your battle with information management will be over…for good! That’s a promise. We’ve been working round the clock and living off delivered pizza, diet soda, and donuts here at Venzee in order to integrate our platform with X-Cart. Our X-Cart template is now ready for use and available in our Template Library! Give it a test drive. It’s going to have you turning out products for X-Cart at supersonic speed and with hardly any spreadsheets! Are you ready? Step 1: Sign Up Here At No Cost – No Credit Card We’re eager to have you give Venzee a test drive. That’s why we’ve made the Venzee sign up process ridiculously easy. Keep your credit card in your wallet. Once you’re done – about 30 seconds or so – you’re ready to start uploading your data! How do I import data into Venzee? How do suppliers share data with their retailers via Venzee? Step 2: The X-Cart Template The data that you just imported to Venzee is your “Source Data” and the X-Cart template is what you’re going to use to create what we call a Dynamic Collection. It is this Dynamic Collection that you will use when you want to take your Source Data and quickly turn it into product records that are 100% X-Cart compatible. Unless your Source Data changes format you will only need to go through this process one time. So, let’s head over to our Template Library and pick up the X-Cart template. Go to Dynamic Data and click the “Add” button. When you see the X-Cart template select it and click “Next”. How do I create a template? Step 3: How To Use The X-Cart Template To Make a Dynamic Collection In order to make a Dynamic Collection using the X-Cart template you’re going to map the fields in the template with the attributes in your Source Data….color, size etc. We’ve placed a little question mark there with some tips if you need help. You can also watch the videos. You have the ability to do math, add padding for better alignment, and make spec tables.

  2. After you’re done mapping click “Generate” and then “Export”. You’ll receive an email with a link that will allow you to download your new Dynamic Collection. Remember, your Dynamic Collection is what you’ll use whenever you want to take your Source Data and rapidly create products that are fully compatible with the X-Cart platform. How do I create a Dynamic Collection? How do I import images into Venzee? Step 4: Relax, Inhale, De-Stress, And Remember Why You’re Using Venzee You’re using Venzee so you can forget about spreadsheets. You’re finished with them. They’re ancient history!
