IRF to Host 4th Annual Roads & Highways Conference in Singapore A global summit of road mobility will open in Grand Copthorne Waterfront, Singapore at the joint collaboration of International Road Federation (IRF) and Marcus Evans Forum. It is the 4th edition of this conference and it will be held from 09th to 11th April, 2018. Highlighted issues addressed during the summit include unlocking regional trade facilitation, Road safety in developing Asian countries, assessing the impact of OBOR infrastructure, congestion management, as well as measures to tackle the region's road traffic injury epidemic.
