INTRODUCTION • It is dangerous to work in the mining industry if you do not know what you are doing. Mines are carried out with different types of mining equipment. MINING DRILL A drill is probably one of the most common pieces of mining equipment used in underground mining. Generally, underground mining takes place when rocks or minerals are located far beneath the surface of the ground. After that, they must be hauled to the surface.
MINING DUMP TRUCK In mining, civil engineering, and major construction sites, mining dump trucks transport large volumes of loose materials, such as dirt, sand, ores, gravel, or demolition debris.
ROAD HEADER Road header is utilized as cutting, conveyor, cleaning dust , automatic moving machine. It is used on tunnel of coal mine. It is also highly used on metro, highway, mining exploring and many civil engineering project.
EXCAVATORS In mining, excavators are used for earthmoving to dig up the soil for easier extraction of materials. The mining industry uses many types of excavators, from backhoes to bucket wheel excavators to power shovels and dragline excavators.
