  8. Our Service Guarantee • Pure Rentals is committed to delivering quality service to our customers. As part of our commitment, we offer the following guarantees: • Owners will be provided with the direct mobile number and email address of your Property Manager in Brisbane who will endeavor to assist you with any matter at first point of contact and within normal business trading hours. • If your Property Manager is unavailable at the time of your call, we guarantee a response by the close of the next business day, on the condition that you leave a voice message. • Pure Rentals’ property managers monitor rental payments daily, deal with arrears or indiscretions immediately, and issue notices in accordance with statutory requirements.

Your property will receive a fully comprehensive inspection by our property management specialists at a minimum of every three months and you will receive a detailed report on the inspection, including photos. • We will contact you regarding all maintenance issues to let you decide what you want to do with your property. • Exit Option – If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cease your agreement with us at any time and without penalty by providing us with seven days written notice.
