  2. About US My name is Shouling Hopson. I’m a Georgia State University and Kennesaw State University graduate, Paralegal, with various certifications, and life long learner. I’m also unionized member of the Screen Actors Guild. I was crowned Miss Instant Beauty Atlanta by The Style Network; and have been featured in print, media, and film. After retiring from entertainment and traveling the world; I owned and operated my first business, a wardrobe and image management company for over a decade.

Determined to build a foundation for my future, venturing into real estate was inevitable. Through continuous research, training, hardwork, and trial and error, it has been my most fulfilling and rewarding venture to date.

  4. I’ve run numerous companies, and separately consulted for numerous small businesses. Real estate by far has been my most fulfilling and profitable venture to date. Entrepreneurship has been a way of life, as long as I can remember. This exciting journey has provided me with valuable lessons, as well as unexpected emotional roller coasters.
