It is located very close to the Central Business District (CBD), and is also very close to well-known IT Parks like the Embassy and Manyata Tech Park and Karle Group, owing to which Hennur Main Road has seen huge real estate investment and expanded at a very quick pace. There are many prominent localities surrounding the Hennur Main Road, which include Cox Town, MM Road, Banaswadi, Kalyan Nagar, Hebbel and HBR Layout.
