Woodpecker Safety Guidelines As the crisis is now stabilized, lockdowns are lifting up and some travelers resume, and the serviced apartments industry around the world is again prepping for travelers to start showing up again amid the coronavirus pandemic. But how can guests and travelers know it's safe to stay in apartments? The Global Serviced Apartment Industry Report (GSAIR) says that it might now stand to be the quickest sector to recover from the crisis. This sector has already grown in recent years, thanks partly to the concept of staying in apartments while traveling. It might now stand to be the quickest sector to recover from the crisis. How woodpecker apartments convince guests that apartments are safe? The longer-term problem for this industry is that the consumers remain afraid of traveling, which is why “Safe Stay” is so important. Woodpecker Serviced Apartments and its staff always make sure about the coronavirus safety guidelines which are meant to protect guests with these new standards so that they don't have to be fearful of traveling to a hotel. 1. All the rooms and bathrooms are equipped with hand sanitizer dispensers and soap dispensers. 2. Dining will now be done in-room instead of in the common dining area using disposable cutlery. 3. Disinfectant solutions are used to clean washbasins, furniture, toilets, common areas, and rooms. 4. Our staff is equipped with protective gear like face masks and gloves. There will be a record of all guests keeping the recent travel history of all guests as per local and central government guidelines. 9. Online check-in and video conferencing on request with our operational team will be implemented. 10. In order to maintain social distancing, the staff within the apartment has been reduced to 50%.
