We will cover each area, the code of ethics, and provide a review of the PMP® framework and exam facts, perspective, and approach. The Project Management Training: • Expert Trainer with 20+ years of hands-on experience • Certificate to claim mandatory 35 PDUs • Mock Test • Supoort in validating the application form • Queries answered for a period of 2 months after class through mail

Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner • PRINCE2® is a globally recognized professional certification in project management. • Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) is a process-based approach to Project Management. • PRINCE2 has two levels of exam – PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. • There is no eligibility criterion for attempting the PRINCE2® Foundation exam, however in order to opt for PRINCE2® Practitioner exam one needs to pass the PRINCE2® Foundation exam. • PMP holders has the Foundation waived

Management of Portfolios Xellentro’s training in Management of Portfolio provides individuals with the fundamentals and tools to better understand the investments in projects. • MoP® is a globally recognized professional certification in Portfolio management. • Management of Portfolios is a process-based approach to Project Portfolio Management. • MoP has two levels of exam – MoP Foundation and MoP Practitioner exam. • There is no eligibility criterion for attempting the MoP® Foundation exam, however in order to opt for MoP® Practitioner exam one needs to pass the MoP® Foundation Exam • Trained by trainer who has implemented Portfolio Management

However, Scrum Product Owner requires you to complete Scrum Master. • Trained by experienced trainer on Scrum and Agile.
