  1. POLLING WITH WATERMARK

  2. Create a flow as follows

  3. Set the watermark so as to get the maximum/latest updated account ID

  4. Write a query to retrieve data where the account id is more than the watermark set.this returns only the updated data

  5. Add a logger to log the payload data

  6. Run the project and you may observe that only updated values get retrived
