Value-added services can be offered to selected users Liferay: Content Management System (CMS) based on Java that allows for the management of multilingual content. This will allow research in different languages Norconex-collector: a crawler to gather and filter content from Internet Solr: a standard search platform used to store the crawled data forming the feed base for the Aquenergy engine MapServer: Server of geographic data that enables the generation of multi-layer maps to aggregate information of interest.
