  2. Before the test • Fill the information of every student in the student information page, before giving it to them • For 4th and 5th class students you can ask them to fill the students information page • Verify that all the columns are filled without missing any thing

  7. Which part first? • In all subjects the written part should be conducted first • After words Oral part should be conducted • Marks of oral part should be entered in the evaluation sheet at the time of asking questions • Give 1 mark for the correct response and 0 mark for the wrong

  8. How to conduct oral exam? • Call one after another. Not in groups or whole class • Each oral question contains 5 lines with words/sentences. • Every child should be given one line only in each question to read • Change the line of words/sentences every time • Read the instructions given carefully

  9. Some General instructions • In English Q.No 25 is dictation type of question. The invigilator has to remember the letters dictated for evaluation purpose. • So it is better to write down those letters dictated elsewhere. • Read paragraph for the children in a meaningful way and help them understand the paragraph.

  10. Some General instructions • Read instructions for every question loudly and repeat the instruction if necessary • Do not help the child by giving answer directly or any hints. Help them to understand the question/instruction only

  11. After the test • Evaluate the written part in the afternoon after completing the oral test for all students • Award 1 for correct response and 0 for wrong response as per the instructions in the tool • Post ‘1’s and ‘0’s only in the evaluation sheet subject wise.

  12. After the test • Ensure that all the entries are made in the student information page and also evaluation sheet after the test • Pack the evaluated tools in the same covers you received the material • Submit to MRC on the same day evening • Don’t leave a single piece of paper at school.
