  1. FSSAI Registration FSSAI (Food Safety and standards authority of India). FSSAI Registration is also known as Food License Registration. It is needed by all it is needed by FBO’s. Here, Food Business Operators refers to those people who take business relate to food. In simple language, it means whose principal business activity is serving the food to the public.

  2. FEMA FEMA stands for a foreign exchange management act which was introduced in the year 1999 and it is a replacement for the FERA (Foreign Exchange Regulation Act). The purpose of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) is to smooth external trade, maintaining a healthy foreign exchange market in India, promote the importance of balance payments.

They help to make sure that the food business runs with an appropriate FSSAI License and a quality check. The food business is required to follow the FSSAI rules and guidelines.
