    1. Hooway For Wodney Wat By: David, Mason, Ally, and Mitchell

    2. Wodney was sad. Well, his real name was Rodney. But couldn’t pronounce his r’s.

    3. Four other rodents teased Wodney by saying, ”What’s your name?” or “What’s another name for a bunny?” Wodney has to say, “Wodney Wat” or “Wabbit.”

    4. All day he would get teased and eventually, he was the shyest rodent at his elementary school.

    5. While the other rodents ran about at recess, he just hid in his jacket. Poor Wodney.

    6. One day while the rodents were doing wheelies, a new rodent-a humongous rodent-marched into the classroom and announced “I am Camilla Capybara!”

    7. “I am more jumbo than any of you, I’m meaner than any of you, and I’m smarter than you!” “So ha,” she added.

    8. She elbowed an ear, hit three noses, stomped on five tails, and laid down on seven desks. The class was trembling in fear and it was time for math. Was she smarter than them?

    9. “What is 16 + 5?”asked Mrs. Claw? “21!” screamed Camilla. Before the last recess Mrs. Claw picked a name out of her hat to see who would be the leader for simon says. It was… Wodney Wat!

    10. Then the bells rang for recess, and Camilla was first but she plowed over the rodents in her path.

    11. What would she do when she heard him squeak? Would she tie him up in his own tail? Or even pounce on him?

    12. Wodney stood by a sign, and said, “Wodney says weed the sign.” While the other rodents read, “3296 elementary school for rodents,” Camilla began digging up weeds around the sign.

    13. “Wodney says wap your paws around your head.” He peeked a little bit out of his jacket and saw WHAP! WHAP! BANG! SLAP!

    14. Camilla was wapping her paws around her head that eventually, she became dizzy. After that, she felt like sitting down. The other rodents just had to laugh.

    15. “Wodney says go west!” He felt less shy. Since Camilla was so smart and knew her directions from the sun, she began to march west. “Very well,” she added, “I will go west.”

    16. Camilla marched west and was never seen again. Everyone else just collapsed into pile and pretended to rest, west.

    17. After that day everyone in 3296 elementary school for rodents never, ever teased Wodney again. “Hooway for wodney wat!” they cried. “Woot woot wooty toot toot!”
