  1. Mandatory guideline to apply for Permanent Residency in UK One can apply for Permanent Residency in UK if they are living outside the EEA or European Economic Area. The application can also be filled by the people who are living with a partner who comes from European background. During the initial stages, the person will have to live in UK for a minimum period of five years. During this period, the person applying for permanent residency must not have travelled to him home country or other country for more than 90 days. After the fulfillment of these guidelines one can apply for permanent residency in UK.
