  10. 2009 Skill and Fitness StandardsThe standards are set to help the Wayland Boys’ Soccer Coaching Staff evaluate prospective Varsity and Junior Varsity Players. During Double Sessions, each athlete will be evaluated by most of these standards as well as by how well he knows the game, his work ethic, and his attitude. Passing the standards DOES NOT guarantee a spot on either team. It only puts players in a position to qualify for one of the teams
