Program Mission: The mission of the graduate studies program in oral biology is to foster intellectual curiosity, excellence, and creative vision in the students, to prepare for the careers as the future leaders in the fields of academic dentistry and dental and craniofacial research. The program encompasses a broad range of current topics in craniofacial biology with special emphasis on craniofacial genetics, mineralized tissue biology, developmental biology and craniofacial regenerative medicine. Program Goal: The program aims to instill in its graduates strong research and critical thinking skills as well as deep appreciation of the complexity and importance of the oral and maxillofacial region for human health and well-being. Our Curriculum is Designed to Support the Mission and the Goals of the Program
