Motivation • Cellulite is one of the most common problems in cosmetology nowadays. • Benefits compared with other tehcnics: • direct contact with the client is maintained; • compatible with other anti-cellulite treatments; • massage is performed on problem areas with an increased subcutaneous fat layer and liquid exchange problems.

  3. The main effects of Manual Anti-celulite massage • stimulates lymph formation and drainage; • helps to remove toxins and waste material from the body; • increases blood circulation and metabolism; • enhances the penetration of massage product’s active ingredients into the skin; • improves the muscle tone.

  4. Anti-celuite massage based are 3 phases: • 1.phase is drainage. • 2. phaseis activation. • 3.phase is firming.

  8. Anti-cellulite massage is efficient if conducted as a treatment course: • cellulite stage I and II – perform the massage 2 times a week, 10 times in the course of 1,5 months. It is recommended to repeat the course 1-2 times per year; • cellulite stage II and III – perform the massage 2-3 times a week, 10 -12 times in the course of 1,5 months. It is recommended to repeat the course 2-3 times per year; • cellulite stage IV – perform the massage 3 times a week, 12 times. It is recommended to repeat the course every month.

  9. Contraindications for anti-cellulite massage : • poor state of health, • fever, nausea, • vomiting, • inflammation of lymph nodes, • malignant diseases, • acute skin diseases, • thrombophlebitis, • varicose veins, • capillary network.

  10. Expierence and results: • Model was 45 years old woman; • The anti-cellulite massage was performed 2-3 times a week for the duration of 2 months. • In addition to the massage, the client followed a balanced diet every 4 hours and consumed a sufficient amount of water every day. • With good motivation and great volition after 2 month intensive work we can see a good results. Here was no a cellulite signs but also her weight was less for 8 kilograms.

  13. Rekomendation: • Balancing food; • Fresh air; • Physical activities; • Procedures to a specialist

  14. These activities may be adjusted not only the appearance, but also the body's internal environment arrangement and harmony. Thus fight with cellulite is not a dream but a reality accessible.
