Basketball Task Mashu Norizuki
Task The paint company need to coating the five basketball court, in basketball court have three colors(Red, Blue, White). Paint company want to know how much paint need in each colors, also in one color need paint two times. So I meager all shape in basketball court then calculate the Area, after change to ℓ. 1ℓ=25㎡
Length… 28m Top…3m Down… 6m Height… 5m Radius… 1.82m Width… 15m
How to know each colors area? First I calculate the basketball court area, then decrease each colors and know area. • Meager each part of colors shape. • The all credit will be meters. 5cm=0.05m 3. Calculate each shape. 4. Change to ℓ. 25㎡=1ℓ
Red… (6+3)×5÷2×2=45 Two Trapezoid 18×0.05×2=1.8 Two long red line 3×0.05×4=0.6 Four short red line 0.15×0.5×4=0.3 Four rectangle 1.82×1.82×3.14=10.400936=10.4 Center circle 45+1.8+0.6+0.3+10.4=58.1 Paint two time= 58.1×2=116.2 Five basketball court= 116.2×5=581㎡ 1ℓ=25㎡=581÷25=23.24ℓ
Blue… 28×15-58.1=361.9 Basketball court length+ Width – Red area 361.9+1.82×1.82×3.14=372.3 Add the two semicircle Paint two time= 372.3×2=744.6 Five basketball court=744.6×5=3723㎡ 1ℓ=25㎡=3723÷25=148.92ℓ
Conclusion The Red need 290.5ℓ and Blue need 23.24ℓ, so I do first meager all shape of each colors and then calculate the shape and add all area then I change to ℓ. This is faster than others so I get more easy for how to know.
