  1. Need Climate Controlled Self Storage Buildings The Self storagefacility industry has seen a lot of improvement since their introduction. Before only non climate controlled self storagebuildings  were available However, today consumers can store their most valuable items  inside a climate controlled unit  indefinitely.Householditems may not essentially need climate control for storage, but there are certain items that need such space. In fact, there are several household item that don’t require special storage attention. Wooden furniture & certain kinds of antique ware are some.So, what are the items that should  be stored in climate controlled self storage buildings? In fact, there are many of them,  paper files,  clothes and  books to namea  few.

  2. Clothes: You may have noticed that when your garments are damp, such as if they were not dried appropriately, they don’t smell clean and fresh. This is caused by  mold and mildew accumulation. For this reason, it is essential to keep garments and  other fabrics dry if  stored  in self-storage buildings for quite some time.
