Study • What did the data/information we collected tell us? • What in our system processes and protocols of practice contribute to this? • What are our student achievement goals?
Gather Data (End of cycle) • What worked well, and what needs to be adjusted? • What changes to our plan do we need to make?

Timelines • Use of the CNA during 2007 – 2008 School Year • Feedback on CNA is requested by June of 2008 for revised version
Timelines, continued… • New School Improvement Planning Template (SIP) is projected to roll-out in Fall of 2007, for use in the next school year planning cycle • Electronic portal for both the CNA and the SIP will be unveiled at the Fall SI Conference (November 5th and 6th, 2007)
