MIGRATION PROGRAM PLANNING LEVELS (Program Year July 2022 to June 2023) • The 2022-23 Migration Program has been designed to boost Australia’s economic recovery and drive social cohesion outcomes in the post-pandemic environment. The 2022-23 Migration Program will have the same planning level of 160,000 places but with different quota allocation in the following composition: - • Skill (109,900 places) – this stream is designed to improve the productive capacity of the economy and fill skill shortages in the labour market, including those in regional Australia. • Family (50,000 places) – this stream is predominantly made up of Partner visas, enabling Australians to reunite with family members from overseas and provide them with pathways to citizenship. • Special Eligibility (100 places) – this stream covers visas for those in special circumstances, including permanent residents returning to Australia after a period overseas.
INTRODUCTION (GSM Program) • This process is to assist potential clients to get settled in Australia with permanent residency. • Under GSM program we are assisting applicants under Visa Subclasses 189,190 & 491 (State or Territory/Family Sponsored nomination). • MLTSSL (Medium and Long Term Strategic Skilled List) • STSOL (Short Term Skilled Occupation list) • ROL (Regional Occupation List) • It is a Points Based System to apply under Federal, State and Regional category. • A Permanent Resident can apply for Citizenship after 4 years of stay in Australia. • Applicant must be under 45years of age at the time of visa invite received.

THE COMPARISON GLOBAL TALENT VISA PROGRAM GENERAL SKILLED (Points Based) PROGRAM • Points Calculation Not Required. • Points for different factors are calculated for minimum eligibility (65 Points). • Direct Visa Invitation, • (If you meet exceptional talent • requirement). • Apply for skills assessment, get required band in English and then apply for visa once invited. • Functional English i.e. IELTS 4.5 in each or PTE Academic 30 in each. • At least competent band is required i.e. IELTS 6 in each or PTE Academic 50 in each. • Priority processing of PR Visa Application. • Standard Procedure will be applicable.

ADDITIONAL POINTS • Australian Study Requirements • Be either a bachelors degree or higher, a diploma, an advanced diploma, or a trade qualification. • CRICOS registered course. • For at least 2 academic years. (92 weeks) • Must be of at least 16 calendar months. • Have been undertaken at an Australian educational institution in Australia. • Have been taught in English. • Have been undertaken while you held a visa authorizing you to study.

PERMANENT RESIDENCY CATEGORY • Independent skilled Permanent Residency Visa (SC189) • Allows you to stay & work anywhere in Australia • Travel validity for 5 years, along with indefinite stay period • Eligible to get maximum benefits from Govt. • State Nominated Skilled Permanent Residency Visa (SC190) • Must be nominated by State/Territory (Additional 5points) • Allows you to stay initial 2years in nominated State in Australia • Travel validity for 5 years, along with indefinite stay period • Eligible to get maximum benefits from Govt. • Eligible to apply for Citizenship after 4 years of residency.
PATHWAY TO PR • Regional Nominated Skilled Worker Visa (provisional SC491 • Must be nominated by Designated Regional Authority i.e. outside Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.(Additional 15points) • Can be sponsored by blood relative (up to first cousin) living in designated regional area. • Allows you to stay and work for 5years. • Eligible to apply for Permanent Residency Visa SC191 after 3years of stay and work in designated regional area.
PROOF OF FUNDS REQUIREMENT • No funds required for visa application under SC 189 • State/Region requires some funds to be shown while applying for nomination application • NSW (Sydney) – no funds required • Standard requirement – AUD 15000 to 30000 (INR 8 Lac to 16 Lac) • Maximum requirement by NT (Darwin) – (included assets)
