STAGE 2 Expression Of Interest Post receiving IELTS, ECA report and confirmation of NOC & Reference Letter, the next step is to file the Express Entry – Expression of Interest (EOI) application online. Post receipt of invite to apply (ITA), application processing fee is CAD 850 each for the main applicant and where applicable, the Spouse. Dependents below 22 years fee are charged a fee of CAD 250 per child.
