Increase Physical Activity and Reduce Screen Time • Recommendations for Physical Activity • Adults: • at least 30 minutes on most, if not all, days • 60 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity is better • Children: • 60 minutes on most, if not all, days • Recommendations for Screen Time • No more than 2 hours a day
