  6. Change in lifestyle (infection control, alcohol use, anemia) • Vasodilators: nitroglycerin, diuretics, and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation • ACE inhibitors • Exercise • Dobutamine & Milrinone • Palliative care • Hospice care Treatment?
