Good to Know Info RESIDENT REFERRAL REFER A FRIEND AND FIND OUT HOW TO RECEIVE $100 OFF ONE MONTH’S RENT • Maintenance Tips • Dan & Ty would like to remind our residents of some important requests: • Slow down while driving in the parking lots! • Please run your garbage disposals once per week. • Please place your trash IN the dumpster NOT next to the dumpster! • Do not park your vehicle over the sidewalk; it makes for easier snow removal! • Let us know if your toilet is running all of the time please. • If you work nights, please let us know when you call for a maintenance request, and we will come later in the afternoon, unless it is an emergency. Did you know: You can go to www.pricematcherz.com to see what the local stores have on sale each week and Walmart will match that price? Maintenance will be cleaning dryer vents, one building at a time. We will give you plenty of notice before we plan on being in your building. Thank you for your understanding while we do this! Green Eggs and Ham a la Sam-I-Am 1-2 tbsp of butter or margarine 4 slices of ham 8 eggs 2 tbsp of milk 1-2 drops of green food coloring ¼ tsp of salt ¼ tsp of pepper Melt a tsp of butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced ham & brown until edges are slightly crisp. Remove the ham from the pan, cover with aluminum foil, & set aside. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Beat with a whisk until frothy. Then add 1-2 drops of green food coloring until you reach the desired shade of green. Heat a tbsp of butter or margarine in a large frying pan over medium heat until the butter begins to sizzle. Then add the egg mixture to the pan. Stir the egg mixture with a spatula until the eggs are firm & not too runny. Transfer the eggs to individual plates. Garnish with a sprig of parsley. Add the ham prepared earlier. Serve with toast or warm rolls. Feeds 4 hungry green-egg lovers.
