  2. On an annual basis 91% of OOMC and RPRS instructions occur during on-peak hours. Annual OOMC and RPRS Instructions 2

On a seasonal basis only the winter period contains a sizable number of OOMC and RPRS instructions which occur in the off-peak hours 83% of total instruction are still occurring during on-peak hours Estimation of ramping hours would indicate 30% to 40% occurring during off-peak hours Seasonal OOMC and RPRS Instructions Winter 3

On a seasonal basis only the spring period contains a sizable number of OOMC and RPRS instructions which occur in the off-peak hours 86% of total instruction are still occurring during on-peak hours Estimation of ramping hours would indicate 15% to 20% occurring during off-peak hours Seasonal OOMC and RPRS Instructions Spring 4

  5. On a seasonal basis summer period OOMC and RPRS instructions occur predominately during the on-peak hours 98% of total instruction are occurring during on-peak hours Seasonal OOMC and RPRS Instructions Summer 5

On a monthly basis only January, February and March contain a reasonable number of OOMC and RPRS instructions which occur in the off-peak hours 82% of total instruction in January are still occurring during on-peak hours Estimation of ramping hours would indicate 40% to 50% occurring during off-peak hours in January Monthly OOMC and RPRS Instructions January 7

  8. Through the summer months most OOMC and RPRS instructions occur during on-peak hours 100% of total instruction in August are occurring during on-peak hours Monthly OOMC and RPRS Instructions August 8
