RI Update • RI Repository Link: http://code.google.com/p/query-health • PopMedNet • PMN 3.0 for MeHIE being released next week. • Working on plan to publish to Query Health community. • hQuery • Focusing on the HQMF to Java Script translator • Translating multiple i2B2 queries.. • Trying to abstract HQMF parser into a Java Library • Resolving issues related to creating a standalone JAR file. • i2B2 • Focusing on the Translator work for HQMF • i2B2 XML to HQMF • Translator work to convert i2B2 XML to HQMF ready to use, need to address ontologies/value sets. • Focusing on delivering a cloud accessible ontology editor for NY Pilot and F2F sessions. • HQMF to i2B2 Native query • Decided to use XSL for the transformation.
