Encourage Your Member’s Achievement Recognize individuals who have accomplished something in their work field Give out certificates for small achievements Present members with a special RED or GOLD ribbon Pay It Forward….help someone without being asked Each One Reach One give everyone a sticky note, have them write a note to their neighbor and exchange it Set up telephone calls just to say hello, how’s it going Give members who have made a milestone a special “key” for being outstanding

State Achievement Award • Nominees must: • Have served as Chapter President • Demonstrated good attendance • Completed two or more leadership roles at the state level • Such as: Area Coordinator State Chair Served as a Director or Officer on ASTEF for a minimum of two years
Golden Rose Award • Nominees must: • Be members who are not eligible for the State Achievement Award • Have good attendance and participation at the chapter level • Have given years of service at the state level through • Workshop participation • Committee work • Attendance at Delta Kappa Gamma Conventions
