Cycle-12 Preparations • Unofficially: call for proposals likely to be released October 2002 • proposals due Jan 24, 2003 • Execution starts July 2003 • Compressed schedule will reduced time from proposal to receipt of data, but also poses a challenge when rolling out APT • APT • Rollout of NICMOS & STIS exposure-time calculators in June • Common background model for all instruments • Phase-1 tools to be released in June • Incorporation of help facility requires coordination with HD on documentation • Orbit planner prototype testing underway H.
