Hend Nassar Hend Nassar T: +202 5256452 (ext: 7779) E-mail: hendmn@eeaa.gov.eg Website: www.eeaa.gov.eg • Background: • I am an IT Specialist, Web Application Developer and Manager, in the Information and Computer Center, Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency, Ministry of State for Environmental Affairs since 1998. I m working in the development, management, and enhancement of the agency’s web site, Intranet web-based applications & portals, and a number of projects web sites. In addition to the technical documentation and presentation of web sites activities, information coordination between different web sites & Intranet applications, and since 2004, cooperation with the planning for the Internet/Intranet development activities within the agency. • Relevant Experience: • Planning, developing, and managing web sites activities. • Training users on Intranet and Portal Applications. • Coordination with Departments/Projects in the field of information dissemination. • Assisting in the preparation of Project Proposals. Academic Experience: • B.Sc. in Systems & Biomedical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University • Project Management Certificate, Copenhagen Development Consulting, Denmark Innovation Project: • Individual Project: Technical Support and Knowledge Exchange Network in the Egyptian Ministries (THIS IS NOT FINAL YET)
