Please join us for Holy Communion! Welcome to the Lutheran Church of our Saviour! We will be celebrating Holy Communion this morning. You need not be Lutheran nor a member of this congregation. All are invited to join us at God’s Table. Gluten-free bread and grape-juice are also available.

Today’s Psalm Our Psalm for today is Ps. 30 found on page 338 and following in your hymnbook, or on the screen. We will be singing our psalm today responsively by whole verse.

Coming this May ... a Youth fund-raiser bottle drive! Start saving those refundable bottles! Our youth will be holding a bottle drive the week after the May long weekend as a fund-raiser. More information will follow soon!
Synod Scholarship, Murray Scholarship& Spencer-Barche Trust Fund Forms for these scholarships are found on the Eastern Synod website (www.easternsynod.org), or at the church office. Funds are available to those who are pursuing post-secondary education. Deadline for completed applications is May 14, 2013.
Coming this summer ...Set the World on Fire! A group of 14 (11 youth, 3 leaders) will be attending the Eastern Synod Youth Gathering this coming summer at Camp Edgewood. Watch for more news and updates, and please support our youth in their fund-raising!
Penny Drive Update (from the Youth Group)! Thank you for donating your pennies! To date, 17,500 of them have been rolled, resulting in $175.00 to be used towards our trip to the Youth Gathering. We will be concluding our penny drive on April 21st, so if you have pennies left to give, please bring them to church by then. Coming in May: a bottle drive! Please start saving your refundable bottles! More information to follow!!
Calling All Quilters Are you nimble with a needle and thread? Each Monday afternoon beginning at 1 pm, a quilting group gathers in the fellowship hall to sew and create. Please join us!
Parish Nurse Forum & Information Night LCOS & LOM along with St. George’s Anglican Church will be hosting a Parish Nurse Forum and Info Night on April 24th, 7pm at St. George’s, Anglican. Do you have friends at other churches who are curious about Parish Nursing? Why not invite them to this event to explore ways that we might be able to expand this awesome ministry!
