  2. There are two types of medical transportation services: emergency medical transportation services and non-emergency medical transportation services. It is critical to understand the various types of transportation vehicles and the services they provide so that you can select the best medical transportation services based on your health condition.

  3. Emergency transportation services Ambulatory transportation services include ambulance. It is emergency medical transportation services. People use ambulance services when they are in an emergency situation such as an accident, severe burns, cardiac arrest, or severe injury.

  4. Non-emergency medical transportation Non-emergency medical transportation services help patients get to routine medical appointments. These services are primarily for senior citizens who are unable to travel to a medical appointment on their own. Patients who are bedridden or have a spinal injury and are unable to sit or move can also benefit from NEMT services

  5. Stretcher transportation services • Stretcher transportation services are for those who are seriously injured or who cannot sit or move due to any medical issues. Transportation services employ a specially designed vehicle to transport stretchers safely.

  6. Wheel chair transportation services • These services are for patients who are unable to move or walk on their own. Special hooks and screws are used in transportation services to properly secure the wheel chair. This transportation vehicle keeps the wheel chair stable.

  7. Long distant medical transportation There services are ideal for patients who require medical attention in a remote location. It could be in various cities or countries. NEMT and EMT services are outfitted with medical tools and equipment to monitor and treat patients' conditions while on the road
