Financial & HR Recruitment Dublin • Human Resources Generalist – Dublin City Centre – Salary €40,000 • Duties & Responsibilities Include: • Deliver a comprehensive HR recruitment service in a fast paced financial services environment and will actively drive continuous improvement across the business. • Act as the main point of contact for all employees within specified business areas. • Co-ordinate new joiner and leaver processes, including induction and exit interviews. • Support and administration of annual and interim performance and salary review processes. • Monitor absenteeism and leave records and take appropriate follow-up actions.
