Join us for the GWC.AUSA Golf Tournament on October 12th, 2018 at the Robert Trent Jones Jr. Course. This annual event raises money for GWC's Soldiers, Soldier Families Programs, and Scholarship Funds.

The Tournament • An annual event to raise money for GWC’s Soldiers, Soldier Families Programs, and Scholarship Funds • In 2018-2019 the chapter awarded over $55,000 in college scholarships to Soldiers, ROTC cadets and family members • GWC continues its initiative to engage and support local high schools and undergraduates in the cyber field • The best offsite marketing opportunity associated with the 2018 AUSA Annual Meeting

  3. SPONSORSHIPS • Title and Presenting sponsors at the Gold, Blue, Red, and Green levels • Faithful Soldier Foursome • Base Camp Awards Dinner • Rally Point Breakfast • Golf Cart & Beverage Cart • Hole-in-One • Long Drive & Closest to the Pin

Title Sponsor – $15,000 • Title Sponsor recognition on all marketing materials and print media for the event, GWC AUSA Website, GWC Facebook page and Twitter • Title Sponsor recognition on GWC AUSA Scholarship presentations • Four golf foursomes at the event • Shirt & Tee gifts for each golfer • Corporate logo on all 18 flag pins for the tournament (yours to keep) • Corporate presentation/speech to all attendees • Signage at event (course entrance, putting green, clubhouse) • Corporate logo and profile placed on the GWC golf website

Gold Presenting Sponsor – $10,000 • Title Sponsor recognition on all marketing materials and print media for the event, GWC AUSA Website, GWC Facebook page and Twitter • Sponsor recognition on GWC AUSA Scholarship presentations • Three Foursomes at the event • Company recognition on all marketing materials and print media for the event • Signage on 3 holes • Shirt & Tee gifts for each golfer

Blue Presenting Sponsor – $7,500 • Sponsor recognition on all marketing materials and print media for the event, GWC AUSA Website, GWC Facebook page and Twitter • Two Foursomes for the event • Company recognition on all marketing materials and print media for the event • Signage on 2 holes and clubhouse • Shirt & Tee gifts for each golfer

Red Presenting Sponsor – $5,000 • Sponsor recognition on all marketing materials and print media for the event, GWC AUSA Website, GWC Facebook page and Twitter • One Foursome at the event • Company recognition on all marketing materials and print media for the event • Signage on 2 holes • Shirt & Tee gifts for each golfer

  8. Green Presenting Sponsor – $3,000 • One Foursome at the event • Signage on one hole • Shirt & Tee gifts for each golfer

Individual Sponsorship Opportunities • Base Camp Awards Dinner – participating sponsor is identified in all tournament marketing materials, one item for distribution to all attendees, a 10 minute presentation at the dinner and awards ceremony, and a complimentary foursome - $5,000 • Rally Point Breakfast – participating sponsor is identified in all tournament marketing materials, one item for distribution to all attendees, signage in the clubhouse, and a complimentary foursome - $2,000

Individual Sponsorship Opportunities • Hole-In-One – sponsor receives mention in all marketing materials and signage at the hole - $750 • Long Drive – sponsor receives mention in all marketing materials and signage at the hole - $750 • Closest to-the-pin – sponsor receives mention in all marketing materials and signage at the hole - $750

Individual Sponsorship Opportunities • Logo Tee Gift – sponsor branded item included in Tee gift bag given to all attendees, includes two players at event - $2,000 plus cost • Beverage Cart – sponsor signage on refreshment carts throughout course, mention in all marketing materials, includes one foursome at event- $2,500 • ROTC Unit Volunteers – sponsor logo on all ROTC & volunteer shirts, includes one foursome at event - $5,000

  12. Individual Opportunities • Faithful Soldier Foursome - $2,600 • Foursome at the event • Signage on 2 holes • Mention in all marketing materials • Logo gift bag, includes two players at event - $1,500 (plus cost) • Corporate foursome - $1100 • Single Corporate Player - $275
