  11. QUESTION ONE QUESTION TWO QUESTION THREE FALSE: Eagles have excellent hearing, even though we can't see their ears. The ears, behind their eyes, are protected by a layer of feathers. FALSE: A female bald eagle will lay up to three eggs. The mom and dad take turns keeping the eggs warm while the other searches for food. TRUE or FALSE? TRUE: An eagle was recorded flying for miles with a fifteen- pound fawn in it’s grasp. Eagles can’t hear well. A bald eagle will only lay one egg per year. Eagles have been seen carrying baby deer as a meal.

  18. WATERCOLOR 10. Paint the body of the bird brown. Leave the head free of color. 11. Paint the beak and feet with yellow.

  19. Background FUN!! 12. You can do patterns, color, clouds, anything you want with crayons and watercolor. Be extra careful that your designs stay outside of the bird.
