Clinical Features • fatigue • hepatomegaly • jaundice • itching • skin rashes • myalgia • arthtalgia • abdominal discomfort • spider angiomas • nausea • vomiting • loss of appetite • dark urine • pale or gray-colored stools • Increase ALT • Prolonged prothrombin time
