2. What is it? • Software used in conjunction with GradeQuick to run student Grade Reports

3. Who uses it? • Administrators • Guidance Counselors • Personnel responsible for printing Interims (Secondary) • Personnel responsible for printing Elementary Report Cards (departmentalized)

4. How do I access it? • Your school tech will install it on your computer and set up the appropriate permissions. There will be an icon on your desktop.

5. What is it’s purpose? • Provide school-wide info to user • Print lists/reports based on queries • Print Interims for all of Secondary and departmentalized Elementary • Print Grades Elementary Report Cards • Look up the most current student grades in minutes

6. What can it do for me? • Run 9 week lists for • D’s and F’s • All A’s • A’s and B’s • Single student grades for parent conference • Make data driven decisions

7. Reports • Student reports • Interim • Report Card • Progress including assignment scores • Post to Edline (school-wide) • Class reports • Student List with comments • Summary Grades

8. Queries • Query teacher gradebooks using specific criteria • Query shortcuts • Eligibility (Term grade < C in at least one class) • Danger of Failing (Term grade <=D in at least one class) • Honor Roll by Grade (Term grade >=B in all files) • Custom Queries • Criteria set by user • Can save for future use
