M: Greetings… PENITENTIAL RITE: L: Before we come into the presence of our Holy God, let us each look at ourselves in our separation from God, our neighbors and even from ourselves. Let us examine ourselves in silence. (Pause in silent prayer) L: Let us pray together. A: Loving God, I ask forgiveness for the sins I have done through my own fault, in my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done and in what I have failed to do. (Let us pause for our personal silent confession

  3. ASSURANCE OF PARDON • M: Hebrews 10:16-17 says “This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says the Lord.
