Either it is the operator, or the staff of the site, all should be completely aware of their: • Nature of job • Personal requirement at work • Individual contribution.

  3. Likely Workforce On Site: • Person in charge of operating the crane • Crane owner • Other backup workers

  4. What Exactly Is Expected Of The Qualified Riggers: • Ability to determine the lifting distance and clearance • Work with consideration to avoid accidents • Choosing the appropriate tackle and hardware for the load • Competent (signalers) enough to guarantee the safety of loading and directing the lift • Complete basic knowledge of the various hand signals
